Experience
Ebony’s professional journey began in the nonprofit sector, where hands on experience preceded formal clinical education. Early roles required adaptability, responsibility, and a deep understanding of people within complex systems. Work across residential, community-based, and outpatient settings established a strong foundation in human interaction, emotional steadiness, and leadership well before licensure.
Over more than a decade, her career expanded from direct service into program development, operations, and systems level leadership. She has supported children, adults, and families across a wide range of service environments, including residential care, vocational programming, and crisis response. These roles demanded the ability to navigate regulatory frameworks, lead multidisciplinary teams, and uphold ethical, person-centered care within high-pressure settings.
In leadership capacities, Ebony has overseen large scale residential programs, guided upper management personnel, supported workforce development, and contributed to the implementation of policies and procedures aligned with New Jersey regulatory and licensing standards. Her work has consistently emphasized individualized service delivery, staff support, and organizational efficiency—ensuring care remains both effective and humane.
Today, this breadth of experience informs her clinical work and consultation approach. With a strong understanding of how systems and environments impact individuals and families, Ebony brings clarity, accountability, and practical insight to therapeutic and professional settings.
